Adulting is hard
As a young adult, you may be trying to figure out which direction to go in life. Perhaps you are in college and can’t decide what career to pursue, or you are in graduate school and feel stuck with your thesis or dissertation. Perhaps you just started a new job and are riddled with self-doubt and insecurity. Maybe you’re struggling with friendships and romantic relationships, wondering what it takes to get along, to feel connected, to find your person. Or maybe, life just feels too difficult and you’re struggling to find a way to handle it all. I get it. In therapy, I will be there to help you successfully navigate these challenges.
Crossroads are not easy
Young adulthood is a crossroads with lots of decisions to make that will affect the rest of your life. Therapy can help you figure it all out and get you started on the right path.
Going to therapy is completely normal, it is not something to feel ashamed about. There is nothing wrong with looking for help when you are feeling overwhelmed. My job as your therapist is to work with you as you navigate these intense emotions and help you develop strategies to cope with the things life throws your way.
Regular meetings
We will meet virtually on a weekly basis (or other pre-arranged time interval) where you and I can work toward meeting therapy goals that we develop together.
Zero judgment
This time will be a space where you can be completely open and honest in an environment with confidentiality and zero judgement.
Walking together
Together, we will find the reasons you feel this way and collaboratively develop strategies to improve your daily functioning.
